“ This establishment has been a staple in my community for several generations, and I can't wait to bring my grandkids here when I'm a fat old man. The food is always cooked to perfection, no matter what dish you order, I've never had a bad meal here. This is the best place in East Tennessee to get a Western omelet, a plate of chicken livers, and a few slices of butterscotch pie. Kara is one of the most kind people working here. She always has a warm smile on her face, is friendly, personable,and benevolent. She keeps your drink filled and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Marie and Ellie always greet you the moment you set foot inside, and both are a beacon of hospitality. All of the other folks working here are also fantastic.. Renee, Bonnie and the ones behind the scenes. The building is clean, well kept, and decorated beautifully. You can tell that all members of management take pride in their craft. There's no other business that I've been to in my whole life that makes me feel at home more than Randall's in Church Hill. Thank you all for everything you do!! ”
